Orders & payment
Confirm the product, quantity, design, delivery details and final price with Chandesshwair Digital Studio & Flex Print before paying. Advance online payment may be required to confirm printing orders. Subscription access is activated manually after payment verification.
Design checks
Please check spelling, images, sizes, colours and other details in the design you submit or approve before production starts.
Production & delivery
Printing usually takes 1–3 working days, subject to the order and availability. Urgent timelines require confirmation. Delivery may be available through Upaya where it operates; fees vary by destination and courier rate and will be confirmed before your order is finalised.
Refunds & corrections
Ordinary confirmed custom-print orders are generally non-refundable once production begins. If you receive an item with a printing or production error, contact us promptly with photos and your order details. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement after confirming the error. Nothing here limits consumer rights or mandatory remedies under applicable Nepalese law.
